Michalene (Mickey) Timco-Hope is a former division 1 basketball full scholarship recipient to The University of Akron Women’s Basketball Team (The Zips), as well as a State Runner Up in the long jump for Track and Field.  As an athlete she’s been a leader and a motivator to her teammates.  Mickey has carried this passion into the corporate world as a key leader who loves to guide people in their personal growth and development for over 23 years.  In addition, she has coached numerous sports teams in basketball, flag football, baseball, volleyball, and strength and conditioning.  Mickey is also a Professional Ski Instructor of America (PSIA) Rocky Mountain-AASI qualified Alpine Level 1 Certified Ski Instructor.  Mickey has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine.  Over the past few years, she has been an entrepreneur in starting her own business called Attitude-N-Effort Coaching.  She is a Certified Life Coach, where she provides direct hands-on practices to advance well-being through customized health and wellness programs centered on science-based healing through movement, health education, and empowerment practices for the mind, body, and spirit.  She works with all types of people from your average person to your professional athlete, family services, to corporate America settings, and supporting people with mental health and addiction opportunities.  She leads by example in fueling the hearts, minds, and spirits of others with her dynamic energy.  She would like to share that energy with others to be the best version of themselves through our attitude and our effort.
