CULTURE SHAPING FOR LEADERS

Organizational and Athletic department leadership have the ability to establish positive experiences for all athletes across their programs when they focus on shaping a positive, equitable, and accessible sport culture. SPORTS EQUITY: INCREASING ACCESS TO YOUTH SPORTS

Ensuring all kids have the opportunity to benefit from a positive sports experience is an important responsibility of a youth sport organization or athletic department leader. Sports Equity: Increasing Access to Youth Sports presents sport leaders the opportunity to identify barriers that keep marginalized and underrepresented youth from participating in sports, participate in collaborative problem solving, and learn actionable strategies to enhance sports equity and participation within their community.
