Maureen “Moe” Sanderson earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2024 and is working towards her L.P.C.C. Licensure. She works as a Mental Health Counselor in Stillwater, MN, providing school-based mental health services at Stillwater Area High School and the Family Means Clinic. Previously, Maureen spent more than twenty years coaching youth, high school, and collegiate athletes and has facilitated workshops for Positive Coaching Alliance since 2015. A former collegiate athlete for the William Smith lacrosse team, Moe competed in the NCAA tournament, making final four appearances in three of her four years, and serving as her team’s co-captain for her junior and senior years. Moe has been married to her husband for 30 years, and happily raised three incredible children. Moe enjoys spending time with her family, playing and watching sports, running, hiking, reading, baking, and traveling.
