Mark Chancellor is the Chief Finance and Operations Officer for Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). He is a finance, operations, and administrative professional with over 29 years of relevant experience, spanning across higher education, nonprofits, independent school, entertainment, professional sports, consumer products, and consulting services.

Mark joins PCA from the University of California system, where he served as the divisional Chief Financial Officer for UCLA’s Facilities Management and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for UCR’s facilities, architects & engineers, sustainability, real estate, and other administrative units that support the campus. Prior to that, Mark held various other leadership positions for the Walt Disney Company, the National Football League, and Coca-Cola North America.

Mark is motivated by and continues to strive in making a difference, providing positive contributions, adding value, evolving personally and professionally, and finding ways to help others. He is inspired by PCA’s mission and is an avid believer in the importance of sports and the value of education, specifically when it comes to youth and the opportunities it presents in positively impacting their respective lives.

Mark enjoys working out, cycling, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is an avid fan of sports at all levels.
