Lex Holmes

Lex Holmes is a special counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Group. Ms. Holmes has litigated a broad range of matters in federal and state trial courts, including complex securities, commercial and consumer products, antitrust, and shareholder derivative litigation. She has also represented clients in appeals before federal appellate courts, and in responding to government agency investigations.
