Julie Shiller is an Associate Clinical Therapist and Mental Performance Coach with 15 years of experience in coaching and youth development. She specializes in integrating mental skills training with sports performance and works with youth, teens, and adults alike.

Julie’s holistic, mindfulness-based approach empowers athletes, coaches, and parents by providing essential tools for high performance and personal growth. She utilizes various techniques, including self-talk, visualization, meditation, and performance routines, along with other social work and performance psychology tools, to help her clients excel in sports and life.

She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Hartford. Julie is a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer, and is currently pursuing certification as a Mental Performance Consultant.

In the sports community, Julie leads workshops for the Positive Coaching Alliance in Southern California, promoting a positive youth sports culture and advocating for sports equity. Outside work, she enjoys watching women’s sports, hiking with her black lab, Millie, and relaxing on her rest days.
