Daycia McClam is a seasoned youth development professional with over a decade of experience advocating for young adults in sports and higher education. As Vice President of Community Engagement and Advocacy at Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), she drives national efforts to engage emerging communities, oversees Racial Equity and Women and Girls Initiatives, and advances PCA’s mission to create equitable opportunities in youth sports. Her leadership focuses on dismantling systemic barriers, fostering partnerships, and advocating for policies that promote sports equity.

Previously, Daycia served as Director of Project Play WNY/Youth Sports Initiatives at the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, where she built a robust youth sports network and executed a comprehensive evaluation strategy. Her earlier roles include education program manager at United Way of Buffalo and Erie County, where she championed equitable access to sports for girls, and positions at Medaille College and the University at Buffalo supporting underserved students.

Daycia is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the board of Chase The Dream and mentors with SAY YES to Education Buffalo. She also coaches girls in basketball and track.
