Aaron Weintraub (a.k.a. Coach Traub) is a husband, father of five, coach, and classical musician. He coached college baseball for fourteen years including stops at his alma maters: Emory University and the University of Virginia. He also coached five seasons of college softball. Since 2006, he has focused on teaching mental toughness and leadership skills as a mental skills coach. He has worked with teams at Ole Miss, UCF, Maryland, La Tech, GA Tech, Baylor, Houston, and many others. He is the author of Coaches Guide to Winning the Mental Game (2007), Leadership Training for Softball (2013), and Leadership Training for Baseball (2015). He has spoken at many coaching clinics including the ABCA and NFCA national baseball and softball conventions.
