Naomi became a trainer with PCA from its humble beginnings at Stanford University in 1998.

Naomi was a varsity soccer and softball player in college, and is passionate about skiing, hiking, biking and most outdoor activities. She has coached soccer, softball and cross-country at the high school level. She is a huge Patriots fan, a Netflix addict, and an outdoor enthusiast.

Currently, Naomi is currently teaching the International Baccalaureate Psychology curriculum at the DC International School.

Naomi’s Doctorate degree is in sport psychology, graduating from Temple University in 2000, with her research focusing on exercise addiction.
