PCA and the Denver Broncos teamed up for the inaugural Youth Football Leadership Summit on March 3^rd. Denver Broncos Offensive Lineman & former Wiggin HS standout, Dalton Risner led off the evening with his character-packed wisdom and perspective on the purpose and lessons of youth & HS football.

Risner encouraged coaches and YSO leaders to understand the importance of modeling and teaching the skills and character that will serve their athletes far beyond their youth football experience. He praised his father and HS coach for coaching character over all else.

Our all-star PCA training team of Tod Creneti, Levi Nelson, and Jodie McGarity then “took the field” to deliver a Leading Your Organization workshop. The team interacted with coaches and leaders from around the state of Colorado. The PCA Team discussed and delivered best practices and tools in order to create a Development Zone for better athletes and better people, through their youth and HS football programs.  Three lucky programs received a generous grant towards a PCA partnership, on behalf of Denver Broncos Community Development.
