Manager of Partner Account Administration
Silvia joined PCA in July 2002. As the Partnership Administration Manager, she is responsible for the administrative efficiency of PCA Partner Account Management which includes fulfillment of PCA partnerships, live workshops and maintaining the PCA workshop calendar database.
Prior to joining PCA, Silvia managed the Operations division for desktop computers at Silicon Graphics (SGI), a 3D graphics computer company in Mountain View, CA., overseeing over 150 employees. She was also a Project Manager with SGI and worked to launch new products into the market.
Silvia is an avid sports fan since all three of her kids played Little League baseball. She quickly learned the PCA Principles of a Second-Goal Sports Parent to cheer on her kids and fill their emotional tank, even now that they are all grown up.
