Pat Combs spent 8 seasons playing professional baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers (1st Round pick in 1988). He represented Team USA in Baseball in 1987-88 (Gold Medal in ’88 Olympics). Pat was also an All-American and Academic All-American at Baylor University, where he was later inducted into their Athletic Hall-of-Fame. He is currently a consultant to MLB & NFL teams, Chairman of a wealth management firm in the DFW area and is a broadcast color analyst for college baseball.  He has been coaching and developing youth athletes for over 30 years, which included his three sons, Carson, Conner and Casey (catcher for the Miami Marlins).  Pat’s advice through his recent book, “More Than the Score” focuses on how parents and coaches can cultivate virtue in youth athletes.
