Randy Nathan (aka Coach Randy) is the President/CEO of Coach Randy Says and known nationally as an edutainer. Coach Randy is the author of “Bullying in Sports: The Injuries We Don’t See” and “Feathers are Everywhere.” He earned his BA from the University of Colorado in Sociology and Education, an MA in Executive Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College and an MSW from the University of Southern California. He is an adjunct professor at Union College and the Rutgers University School of Social Work. He is also former mental training/life coach for the Rutgers-Newark baseball team. Coach Randy co-hosts “Bad to the Dad” Podcast and has spent over twenty-five years inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their personal goals and dreams while teaching them valuable strategies to overcome the obstacles and challenges they encounter.

Coach Randy has presented at Fortune 500 companies, school districts, national sports associations, camps, teams, as well as state and federal government agencies. He has been a visitor on numerous news related broadcasts and is the NY area anti-bullying expert.  Most importantly he is married to Jessa, an Elementary school administrator and the father of four amazing children.
