Erin Mellnick

Partnership Support Specialist

Our Staff, Tampa Bay, Trainers

Erin joined PCA in July 2022 in the role of Partnership Support Specialist.

Born and raised in Tampa Bay, Erin currently lives locally with her husband and two sons. They love attending Tampa sporting events every chance they get. Having played for many of the local soccer leagues growing up, Erin is enjoying being involved in youth sports again through her sons.

Erin graduated from Tampa Bay Tech High School where she participated in soccer, golf, cross country, and track & field.  Focusing on soccer, she participated in the Florida Olympic Development program and earned an academic & athletic scholarship to play soccer at the University of South Florida, and graduated with a BS in Exercise Science.  She went on to receive her master’s degree in education leadership from Saint Leo University.

Prior to joining PCA, Erin worked in Hillsborough County Schools for 15 years.  She taught reading for 7 years at Leto High School while coaching soccer, cross country, and track & field, before becoming an Assistant Principal at Plant High School.

Erin aspires to give back to the Tampa Bay sports community and is happy to join PCA in their mission to give every child access to a positive youth sports experience.
