Morgan has spent the last 10 years on an entrepreneurial path as a founder of Nucleus Adventure Capital, an early-stage investment Platform. Morgan has accumulated a deep understanding of the challenges of starting and scaling new ventures. As an operator he has led and advised a number of hyper-growth consumer companies, honing his business and commercial strategy insights and spearheading numerous fundraising rounds. As an investor, he has identified and mentored a number of founding teams from idea inception through to exit. 
 
Prior to founding Nucleus, Morgan spent 10 years in London, working in finance, first at JP Morgan followed by time at two different hedge funds, Marshall Wace and Och Ziff. 
 
Morgan is originally from Wales and represented his country at rugby when he was 18, as well as playing at every representative age level of his regional team, Cardiff. After graduating high school, Morgan spent a year in Sydney, playing rugby for the West Harbor Pirates, before moving to London and playing for the Saracens Academy and London Welsh.
