Hillary Ford
Hillary Ford is the Executive Director of her family’s foundation, the Mirnahill Foundation, whose mission is to educate, empower, and inspire youth through sports. As a family of former athletes and coaches, the Fords aim to help ensure that every kid, especially those living in underserved communities, has access to all that sports can offer -- a safe extracurricular activity with positive adult role models that promotes a healthy lifestyle and teaches important life skills like resilience, leadership, confidence, teamwork, and community engagement.
Hillary earned her B.S.E from Princeton University where she studied Operations Research and Financial Engineering and played on the volleyball team. Prior her role at the foundation, she spent most of her career working in finance, operations, and process management, and early in her career coached high school and club volleyball after work. She has also worked for several years in the event industry, and remains engaged with her former company to help organize their nonprofit events.
