Trish is VP of Advocacy & Engagement for NBC Sports Next which is comprised of technology platforms, such as SportsEngine, GoMotion, TourneyMachine and TeamUnify that enable athletes, parents, coaches and team administrators in the youth and recreational space to manage their organizations. Trish is also the Co-founder of National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI). For nearly two decades, NCSI’s mission has been to help protect athletes, families and organizations through market-leading safety and security programs. Trish is passionate about child safety and well-being and is a speaker and thought leader on the importance of a holistic approach to safety in youth sports.
Trish received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Ursuline College, holds SPHR certification and was awarded her Master of Science in Positive Organization Development (MScPOD) degree with honors from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio. She resides in Ohio and Florida with her family.
