
Tracey Benford

Tracey was the head of Global Markets for the Midwest, Southwest, and Canada at Goldman Sachs. She was instrumental in developing the firm’s global client relationship program and played a pivotal role in shaping Goldman’s culture as a member of the Partnership Committee and Executive Committee.
Benford serves on several nonprofit boards, including the United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, where she is a trustee and an advisor to the finance committee for the USOPC. She is on the Executive Committee and Chair-Elect for the Lincoln Park Zoo, and on the Executive Committee and Treasurer for National Board of Team Impact. Benford also serves on USA Lacrosse Board in addition to serving on the Positive Coaching Alliance National Board.
Benford is an active member of The Chicago Network, serving as Treasurer on its board of directors, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
A graduate of Northwestern University, Benford earned her degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics with honors and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She also played on the women’s basketball team that won the Big Ten Championship in 1990. Benford holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
