Tiffany joined PCA in February 2026 as the Director of Community Engagement (East Coast). She is responsible for driving regional strategies to advance racial and sports equity through authentic, relationship-based engagement.
Before joining PCA, Tiffany served as the inaugural Director of Community Engagement and Inclusive Excellence at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she was responsible for the development and execution of the UMass Boston Athletics and Recreation community engagement program and supporting the vision, management, planning, and execution of the department’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Prior to UMass Boston, Tiffany spent five years at the NCAA headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she served as the Associate Director of Academic & Membership Affairs and before that, the Assistant Director of Academic & Membership Affairs. In these positions, she played a vital role in supporting the compliance needs of the NCAA Division III membership by presenting rules education and other programming to Division III membership. Tiffany also spent several years as a government contracts attorney, serving as a staff attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center and served as Assistant Counsel with the U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center – Philadelphia Division.
Tiffany holds a Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wagner College in N.Y., where she graduated magna cum laude and was a four-year member of the track and field team, serving as the captain for her final two years.
