Michelle Cosner

Michelle Cosner is an education consultant who has spent the last 30 years in a variety of roles that have led her to this current work. She was a multi-sport high school athlete, an All-American Division I Field Hockey Player, team captain and leading scorer at Bucknell University, She spent 15 years as a high school field hockey coach, over a decade leading the Solebury Soccer Club where she was on the Board and managed the club’s travel and recreation programs and coached her two sons. She served as a high school Athletic Director and College Counselor helping students realize their full potential and connect to college success. Her experiences as a student athlete, coach, parent, community volunteer and professional educator combine to give her a multi-dimensional appreciation of the importance of a positive coaching approach and how it makes a life-long impact on a child. Michelle lives in Bucks County, PA with her husband and her energetic springer spaniel. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, gourmet cooking and yoga.
