Lisa Sweeney is the Executive Director of Fox Hollow Ventures, a multi-billion dollar single family office. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Finance at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, a leading venture philanthropy fund. She has also served as the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and taught several courses at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, worked in private equity, making investment decisions and sitting on the boards of numerous portfolio organizations, and developed and taught a course on private equity at the Haas Graduate School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Lisa is the Treasurer of My New Red Shoes, a Bay Area based nonprofit. Lisa continues to play on tennis teams and enjoys all mountain activities, but mostly stays busy watching and trying to learn the rules of a different set of sports played by her three children and husband than she played as a youth.
She received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
