Kristin Ficarro

Sports: Ice Hockey, Track & Field, and Golf

Kristin was a three-sport collegiate athlete, competing in ice hockey, track & field, and golf at Marian University in Wisconsin. Her experience as a student-athlete shaped her passion for leadership, resilience, and teamwork—values she carries into her professional and community life. Kristin earned a research-based master’s degree in medicinal chemistry from Saint Louis University and now works as a brand partner at Growve, an accelerator specializing in eCommerce brand-building. 

Based in St. Petersburg, she remains active through running; participating in ultramarathons and Ironman events. She’s excited to give back through PCA – Tampa Bay’s mentorship program and support the next generation of athletes.
