Kip is CEO and lead Sports Psychology Professional of her company NeuroSport/Braincode Corp. For nearly 20 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Certified High Performance Coach, and a former Professional Athlete, Kip has assisted individuals, families, coaches, and athletes from grade school to the professional level in achieving consistent maximum potential. She holds a Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Biblical Counseling and a second Master’s in Sports & Exercise Psychology. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University. She is a highly regarded speaker and educator conducting team training for sports organizations, corporations, and schools. Kip fulfilled a dream of becoming a professional athlete playing women’s tackle football for the 4-time World Champion Dallas Diamonds. She earned her Championship ring in 2008 playing safety and special teams for the Diamonds. She currently serves the Dallas team as the Mental Skills Coordinator & Therapist. In her early years, Kip was a competitive gymnast and a part of two State of Ohio championship teams with several vaulting titles to her credit.
