Kiha is a three-sport honors graduate from The Kamehameha Schools in 1980. Walked on the Stanford football team earning an athletic scholarship as a receiver; and a B.S. in engineering in 1984. Has been coaching high school football and various youth sports for over 25 years. A Positive Coaching Alliance Trainer since 2002, Kiha has delivered workshops to thousands of coaches, parents, and athletes.
In addition to sports coaching, Kiha is a corporate coach. He has led team building and communication retreats for the likes of AT&T, Hewlett Packard, General Motors Canada, Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont, Supercamp, and the Breakthrough Foundation for Youth at Risk. Hawaii clients include the Hawaii State Legislature, Punahou Schools, Kamehameha Schools, Seabury Hall, Hawaii Preparatory Academy, the Shidler Group, New Hope Christian Fellowship, the Lutheran and Catholic Churches in Honolulu.
Kiha is a Hawaii general contractor and is a principal and founder of two companies: Steelframe Home Builders and Steelframe Development Group both based in Honolulu. His construction company has built medical and dental clinics in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Pastor Kiha is an ordained minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. He currently holds the positions of Church Health Coach and Associate District Supervisor for the Pacific Southwest District serving over 225 churches and 900 ministers in 5 states. He holds an M.A. in Christian Ministry.
Kiha is married to Heidi Mukai Pimental, a Hawaiian flight attendant and missionary to India and Japan. They have 5 children.
