Kevin Flynn

Kevin Flynn is the Founder of KFLYNN Consulting.  Before launching a consulting firm, Kevin worked at Salesforce for 16 years as VP N.A. Partner Recruiting & Growth, overseeing 1,600 Salesforce consulting partners.  He started his career with Xerox Corporation.

Kevin has been on the Positive Coaching Alliance MN board for nearly 10 years and has held the role of Board Chair.  He grew up in the Twin Cities as one of seven children and played basketball at South Dakota State University.  Kevin & wife Lindsey have a blended family of 6 kids and live in Prior Lake.

In December 2015 Kevin lost his 17-year-old son Jake Flynn in an accident, Jake had just been named Captain of the Lakeville South Football team.  He was also a Track Captain.  In his memory, a foundation was started in Jake’s name.  To date, they have donated over $100,000 in student-athlete scholarships for Lakeville South & North student-athletes.
