Kevin Compton

Kevin and Gayla Compton are former co-owners of Sharks Sports & Entertainment, the parent company of the San Jose Sharks,  and are still actively engaged with the team.  Passionate about youth sports at all levels, Comptons are involved with the University of Notre Dame and Duke University at advisory levels.  Kevin loves aiding the defensive coaches for a local high school football team.   The family is also involved with the United States Olympic Foundation, involved with and attending most Summer and Winter Games. Gayla is a Board Member for the SF Bay Are Chapter of Positive Coaching Alliance as well as the Forever Young Foundation.  Kevin remains a Partner Emeritus of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a Silicon Valley venture capital group, and is co-founder and partner of Radar Partners, a firm investing in early stage technology ventures, diversified asset managers and real estate partnerships.
