Jill Samuelson

Jill Samuelson brings a unique blend of athletic discipline, financial expertise, and community-minded leadership to everything she does. A former distance swimmer at Washington State University, Jill’s commitment to excellence in sports laid a strong foundation for her professional journey.

She began her career at Deloitte & Touche, specializing in the Retail and Technology industries. It was during her time at Deloitte that she was first introduced to Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), whose mission resonated with her belief in the power of sports to shape young lives and foster positive, inclusive environments. Jill went on to join the founding board of PCA-Seattle, helping to build a local movement grounded in character-building youth sports.

Over the past 20 years, Jill has held leadership roles in Compliance and Internal Audit at Deloitte, Costco, and Sysco. Outside of her career, she is a proud hockey mom and a passionate advocate for youth athletics—continuing to support programs that help young people thrive both on and off the field. Jill and her husband live in Edmonds with their three young children.
