Jeff joined PCA in July 2012 as PCA-Colorado Chapter Executive Director. He was promoted to Director of Field Operations in 2014, and in 2017 was promoted to National Director of Field Operations, managing Chapter operational efficiency and performance accountability. In 2018, he was again promoted to Vice President, Chapter Operations, where he manages the operations for PCA-Colorado, PCA-Sacramento, PCA-Central Texas, PCA-North Texas, and PCA-Houston.

Before joining PCA, Jeff worked as a strategic adviser to Jim Collins, author of the international bestseller Good to Great, and gained unique insight into the practices of building great organizations. With broad experience in business, government and education, Jeff’s passion for positive coaching was ignited as a coach of basketball and cross country at the American School of Paris, where he also taught history and economics.

Jeff holds a BA in World Political Economy from the Colorado College, and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Jeff is married with 2 daughters. He’s an avid runner and enjoys cycling in Colorado. He also coaches both competitive basketball and recreational soccer.
