Dawn Post

Dawn Post is passionate about sport and ensuring more kids have a positive sports experience so that they keep coming back!

A first team All American at the University of Tennessee, Colorado High School Dive Coach of the Year, and parent to two high school athletes, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her PCA trainer role.

Dawn has spent her professional career in education, supporting hundreds of young people as they make the transition from high school to college and currently supports schools in addressing youth substance use. Championing young people is her greatest joy!
