Charlotte Haas Prime is a sixth generation San Franciscan. She believes in the power of sports and the positive influence of coaches on children and the broader community. Haas Prime served on the Development committee and Young Leaders committee of Coaching Corps since its inception. She is the current co-chair of PCA’s Bay Area Game Changer Awards & Benefit.

After receiving her BA in psychology from Kenyon College in 2000, Haas Prime returned to the Bay Area to become a teacher at Marin Country Day School. She taught Spanish and served as an advisor and coach to 6th, 7th and 8th grade students until 2007. In 2008, Haas Prime joined the Board of Trustees at Marin Country Day School and has focused her time on multiple areas, including the Finance, Admissions, Strategic Planning, Recruiting, Diversity Equity and Inclusion as well as the Executive Committee. She chaired the Student Support Services committee to help families and staff in developing a balanced approach to teaching students with learning differences. She currently serves as co-chair of the Committee on Trustees.

Haas Prime also serves on the Board of the Walter and Elise Haas Sr. Fund, a fund created by her great-grandparents to help provide access and opportunities to people and to build a more equitable community.

Haas Prime is very involved with Trails Forever, a fundraising vehicle of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy used to fund, build and maintain trails and parks all over the Bay Area. She serves on the Trails Forever committee, has co-chaired the New Growth committee as well as co-chaired their annual dinner. She is currently at home with her three children and husband in the Cow Hollow area of San Francisco. In her free time, she loves to cook, swim, enjoys running on Crissy Field and being with her family.
