Charlie Campbell

Charlie Campbell serves as an Associate Director for the Minnesota State High School League, supporting education-based sports and activities for more than 600 member schools across Minnesota. Prior to this role, he spent over 24 years in public education, including ten years as the Activities Director at Brainerd High School. A Hamline University graduate and former collegiate football player, Charlie is passionate about developing leadership in others and fostering positive impact. He and his wife, Amy, live in Brainerd and have three children. Charlie enjoys fitness, cooking, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with his family.
