Allison Weatherford has over 20 years of experience working in sports as a professional with athletes, coaches and parents from youth and high school sports to the elite and Olympic level. With this, she has been a part of supporting Team USA Olympians and Paralympians at 3 Olympic and Paralympic Games working with a variety of teams and athletes including USA Softball, US Ski Team, US Soccer, and many others. Through the years, this experience in addition to her own past as a high school state champion and Division I collegiate student-athlete, a passion and purpose for guiding and supporting the next generation of athletes with information and inspiration for excellence in health, performance, leadership, and balance in their sport and life has developed. With a background in sports medicine and performance, Allison looks at each athlete as an individual with unique needs and different paths to success in their sport and for their future. Allison has also worked at the high school level for over 10 years in Athletics and is currently an adjunct instructor for a Master’s in Coaching and Athletic Administration program teaching Women in Sport to coaches and athletic directors.
