The Need
Uneven Playing Field: Low-income youth are half as likely to participate and six times more likely to quit sports compared to affluent peers.
Coach Training: Fewer than one in ten coaches are trained in youth development and effective communication, hindering quality coaching.
Negative Youth Sports Culture: Organizations do not prioritize fostering positivity and providing essential training for coaches, parents, administrators, and student athletes.
