Lee Corso Legacy Fund

Honoring the life and legacy of legendary coach, broadcaster, and mentor Lee Corso.

The Lee Corso Legacy Fund is a dedicated initiative in partnership with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) to honor the life and legacy of legendary coach, ESPN broadcaster, and mentor Lee Corso.

Coach Corso’s unwavering positivity as a coach has impacted generations of players and fans, and led to numerous coaching accomplishments, including his history-making, nationally ranked, 1979 Holiday Bowl Championship team from Indiana University.

This fund celebrates Coach Corso’s decades-long impact as a coach, broadcaster and mentor, and aims to carry forward the impact of sports as a vehicle for teaching life skills and character development.

Key Program Areas & Goals

Donations to the Lee Corso Legacy Fund support PCA’s core mission
and vital programming such as:

  1. Elevating Coaching Standards

    • Promoting a culture of positive coaching that emphasizes effort, improvement, and teamwork
    • Funding PCA workshops and online training for coaches in underserved communities
  1. Supporting Youth Athletes

    • Encouraging student-athlete development through PCA’s character and leadership development program
  1. Enhancing Access to PCA Resources

    • Expanding PCA’s reach in schools and sports organizations that lack funding for training
