Frank Milano

Frank is the Managing Partner for the Assurance Offering Portfolio at Deloitte. In that role he leads a team of over 250 Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors and 5,000+ talented professionals across the US and Deloitte US India. His team serves clients ranging from ambitious startups to the Fortune 10, combining deep expertise in accounting, finance, internal controls, and technology to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions to clients’ during moments that matter ranging from initial public offerings to enterprise-wide transformation programs.

With over 30 years in professional services, Frank has had the chance to work with some of the world’s most complex global organizations, supporting them in both attest and advisory roles. His journey at Deloitte has taken me through a variety of leadership positions, touching on talent development, business transformation, quality, operations, and growth.

Frank is passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals—both within Deloitte and throughout his broader network. He has served on several not-for-profit boards throughout his career, ranging from small startups to large multi-nationals, all of which are focused on supporting youth in various facets of their development.

In 2025, Frank and his wife, Lauren, founded the TJM Side Out Foundation, a not-for-profit based in South Florida whose mission is to provide financial assistance to families and patients undergoing treatment for pediatric cancer at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami where their son Tristan was treated for Osteosarcoma.
