Tina James

Tina James is the Senior Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility for Florida Blue covering the West Region. In this role, she is responsible for CSR strategies and initiatives across 14 west Florida counties covering communities from Hernando to Collier. Prior to joining Florida Blue, Tina worked in community relations for three professional sports franchises: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), Orlando Magic (NBA), and Connecticut Sun (WNBA), as well as serving on the Tampa Bay Super Bowl Host Committee (Super Bowl XLIII). Additionally, her experience includes working for the largest endurance sports organization, the IRONMAN Group, where she oversaw the charity partnership program for the North America Region.

Tina received her undergraduate degree in mass communications from the University of South Florida and her masters’ degree in business leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds a certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder.
