Doc Rivers had a stellar playing career with Marquette University and several NBA teams, before moving on to coach the Orlando Magic and then the Celtics, where he won the 2008 NBA Championship in a match-up with his fellow PCA National Advisory Board Member, Phil Jackson. After coaching the Philadelphia 76ers, he is now the Head Coach for the Milwaukee Bucks. Rivers also is a prominent sports parent, most notably as father of Austin Rivers, an NBA player.
