Mr. David Thomas, 65, is a Principal at LBA Properties. He has 43 years of experience in complex acquisitions and dispositions, tenant negotiations, development and asset management. Since joining LBA in 1993 as an original partner, he has been responsible for a variety of roles including expanding LBA regions to Northern California, Midwest, South East and currently oversees all operations for LBA Logistics UK/Europe and  serves on LBA’s Investment Committee. Mr. Thomas also oversees an LBA subsidiary, Spectrum Properties, which owns industrial, office and multi-family properties across the country. Prior to joining LBA, Mr. Thomas was a Senior Associate with Colliers Iliff Thorn for 11 years where he was involved in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. He also represented a number of national tenants in connection with major facility negotiations and relocations throughout Northern California and the San Diego area. Mr. Thomas holds a B.S. degree in Resource Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and serves on several professional and charitable boards.
