Spring 2025 Leadership Council Event: A Conversation with Lacey Henderson, Portland Timbers Mental Performance Coach

Join us for a conversation with Lacey on her role working with athletes to create an optimal mental performance philosophy and environment.

Lacey is a Paralympian, an American Record holder in the long jump, a world record holder in the pole vault, Para Pan American Silver Medalist, 9x National Champion, and a former D1 athlete. Honing mental performance skills helped Lacey embrace the multiple identities she has as a cancer survivor and a disabled athlete and enabled her world class performance.
