As part of our Sports Equity Initiative, the Coach Symposium and Recruitment Fair initiatives address critical challenges in youth sports%u2014such as coach shortages, participation gaps, and lack of training standards%u2014especially in under-resourced communities. The programs equip volunteer coaches to create inclusive, equitable environments that help all kids thrive.
