In 2025, our partnership with Gatorade strengthened our shared commitment to building a youth sports culture that is positive, equitable, and accessible for all. Together, we advanced several core initiatives that delivered meaningful and measurable impact across communities nationwide%u2014and here are a few highlights of that work in action:GATORADECOACH TRAINING & RECRUITMENTPCA is on track to train 65,000 coaches nationwide, including 26,000 from underresourced communities, reaching over 550,000 youth athletes. In addition, 3,500 new coaches will be recruited, with a focus on women and BIPOC leaders. Gatorade co-branded training tools are featured on PCA%u2019s national coach recruitment platform.WOMEN & GIRLS IN SPORTSGatorade supported PCA%u2019s Women & Girls in Sports Initiative, expanding access and opportunity for girls of color and women coaches. A 2025 highlight: Fuel HER Future, a powerful event during the NCAA Women%u2019s Final Four in Tampa Bay, brought together coaches and leaders%u2014including Hall of Famer Muffet McGraw%u2014to share strategies for keeping girls engaged and thriving in sports. The Fusion Latina x Gatorade Workshop was a perfect example of a stand out moment where PCA delivered its flagship coaching workshop entirely in Spanish, empowering Hispanic f%u00fatbol coaches with tools that honored their language, culture, and leadership.11
