Jason Pratt

Jason joined PCA in November of 2010 as Partnership Manager of what was called the Northeast Region, which included much of New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. In his current position Jason develops all of PCA’s partnership managers, including recruitment, training, and on-going coaching.  In addition, Jason focuses on process and technology related to outreach, conferences, AI-projects and more.

Jason’s previous work history includes 11 years in the telecommunications industry designing data networks and information security systems for Fortune-100 companies. Before that, he spent several years in the entertainment industry including radio, television, and the recording industry (including work with R&B group Boyz II Men). An experienced youth and high school soccer coach, Jason holds multiple coach licenses/diplomas including the United Soccer Coaches Director of Coaching Diploma and Advanced National License. He attended college in Ohio and Florida and his most recent schooling took place at The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.

Jason was the founder of a company called ProConnect Sports, a company designed to bring Director of Coaching services to soccer clubs that don’t have the funding to afford a full-time staff member in this role. He’s a huge soccer fan, highlighted by his travels to Germany for the 2006 for the FIFA World Cup, attending Fan Fests around the Country and attending the USA/Italy match. He enjoys live sports, live music/concerts, culture, and travel.
