Jenna Fuchs is passionate about helping athletes, coaches, and parents develop mental skills through sport that translate into life skills beyond the game. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and works with individuals and teams to strengthen confidence, focus, leadership, and resilience in sport and performance settings.
A lifelong athlete, Jenna grew up participating in a variety of sports before focusing on soccer, dance line, and track and field during high school in Faribault, Minnesota. She was a multi-time letter winner, school record holder in the 400 meters, a state champion in danceline, and was named Female Athlete of the Year her senior year. She was later inducted into her high school’s Sports Hall of Fame in recognition of her athletic accomplishments.
Jenna continued her track and field career at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where she specialized in the 400 meters. During her collegiate career, she was part of five NCAA national championship teams, earned nine All-American honors, and helped set four school records.
Following her competitive career, Jenna remained in La Crosse to coach the sprinters and relays before earning her Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She later served as a leadership and character development coach at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, where she worked with student-athletes on mental performance, leadership, and character development.
Jenna now lives in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, where she runs her sport psychology consulting company, The Mental Clutch, working with athletes, teams, and coaches on mental skills, leadership development, and performing under pressure. She is also a mother of three and enjoys helping families create positive sport experiences for young athletes.
In her free time, Jenna stays active as a runner, Zumba instructor, and sport and performance psychology consultant.
