Horace Raymond currently serves as the Director of Community Relations and Youth Football Development for the Arizona Cardinals. In this role, he leads the club’s community impact initiatives, overseeing youth and high school football programming while cultivating strategic partnerships with nonprofits and community-based organizations. Horace is dedicated to amplifying league-wide campaigns and ensuring the team’s resources are effectively connected to real community needs.
Beyond his executive responsibilities, Horace is driven by a mission to empower the next generation of leaders through the platform of sports. He is deeply passionate about the strategic allocation of resources for youth sports, providing support for coaches and referees, and mentoring young athletes on their path to exceptional leadership. To further this mission, he is proud to align with Positive Coaching Alliance, contributing to their vital work in transforming the culture of youth sports.
Prior to joining the Cardinals, Horace held several leadership positions in collegiate athletics, including Director roles at Arizona State University and the University of Central Florida, as well as Associate Athletic Director for Football Administration at the University of Oregon.
A former four-year football student-athlete, Horace earned his degree in Sports Management and Business Studies from Tulane University and later went on to complete his MBA.
