Rebecca Pratt

Becca is a Penn State Schreyer’s Honors College graduate through the College of Education. Upon graduating, she moved from her hometown in the suburbs of Philadelphia to Orlando, Florida where she spent several years teaching 4th/5th grade English Language Learners and Students with Learning Disabilities. After deciding to retire from her career as a public-school teacher, Becca started within Positive Coaching Alliance with the Training Department editing workshop materials and adding supplemental curriculum materials. About 4 months into her time at PCA she joined the Community Impact team which laid the foundation for her current position leading Coach Recruitment on the East Coast. In both positions, Becca has felt beyond grateful for the opportunity to combine her passions for youth advocacy and sports to drive impact especially in underserved communities across the country.

Becca loves all sports, traveling, and Disney! In fact, she works Disney Weddings on weekends and can be found at Walt Disney World parks every week. She’s grateful to have left the cold of PA for sunny Florida but will be an Eagles fan for life. GO BIRDS!
