Luis Rodriguez is the fractional CFO at PCA. He brings 20 years of experience in both the private and education sector. Luis grew to be a senior leader at Accenture where he supported high-tech clients in organizational redesign, portfolio management, and systems implementation. He led delivery on multiple $10M+ engagements and supported various internal human capital initiatives. 

Luis transitioned to the public sector through the Broad Residency in Urban Education and completed his Residency with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education where he helped implement an educator effectiveness framework, served as the Director of the Office of Digital Learning supporting over 400 districts preparing for online learning and assessments. Luis then became a partner at The Learning Accelerator, a non-profit focused on accelerating and scaling the implementation of high-quality blended learning in public schools. He founded Oakland Enrolls, a non-profit with a mission to support under-resourced families to participate in school choice and advocate for their rights. Over five years, the organization served over 40,000 families, partnered with charter and district school leaders, and facilitated community-led equity enrollment initiatives.

Luis is a Latinx community leader in the education space. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Science in Strategy from the University of Texas Dallas Jindal School of Management, and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center. He lives in Denver with his wife and two kids, and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and supporting organizations that help the community. He’s for former football player, and hs coached soccer, baseball, and basketball.
