At PCA, we believe that well-trained coaches create meaningful, lasting experiences for young athletes — and coaches aren’t born, they’re developed. That’s why we’re proud to announce our new partnership with Ankored, the leading compliance and training automation platform for youth sports organizations.
This collaboration integrates PCA’s trusted coach education directly into Ankored’s platform, making it easier than ever for coaches, administrators, and volunteers to access and complete essential training alongside all other safety and compliance requirements. Together with Ankored, we’re streamlining the process so coaches can focus more on what matters most — helping young athletes grow on and off the field.
“We know that great youth sports experiences start with great, safe coaches. That’s why we started Ankored. We solve the compliance and administrative challenges that take time away from what really matters in youth sports—developing young athletes,” said Seth Lieberman, CEO of Ankored. “Our partnership with PCA represents a perfect alignment of mission and technology. Together, we’re making it significantly easier for organizations to implement PCA’s outstanding educational programs while ensuring all safety and compliance requirements are met.”
Through this partnership, organizations using Ankored can now assign and track completion of three of our cornerstone courses:
- Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons
- Triple-Impact Competitor
- Coaching with Empathy
And the benefits don’t stop there. Coaches using Ankored will also gain automatic access to our library of hundreds of practical, research-backed resources designed to help them succeed — both on and off the field.
For organizations, the partnership means simplified, centralized management of coach training and compliance. Staff and volunteers can now manage PCA course assignments, background checks, specialized safety training like concussion protocols, and compliance documentation all in one place. Customized reporting also provides real-time compliance insights, helping organizations ensure that all coaches meet certification requirements before ever stepping onto the field.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Ankored to expand access to high-quality, character-building online courses for coaches,” said Jason Sacks, PCA’s Chief Executive Officer. “This collaboration with Ankored represents an exciting opportunity to reach even more youth sports organizations and coaches with the tools needed to provide a positive youth sports experience for all kids.”
This partnership comes at a crucial moment for youth sports, as organizations navigate increasing safety and compliance demands. By reducing the administrative burden and making coach education more accessible, we’re helping ensure that more kids — no matter their social, geographic, or economic circumstances — can enjoy the benefits of positive, supportive sports environments.
We’re proud to work alongside Ankored in pursuit of our shared mission: creating safe, exceptional youth sports experiences and developing coaches who inspire young athletes to become their best selves.
