Positive Coaching Alliance’s (PCA) vision is a world where every young person, regardless of social or economic circumstance, benefits from a positive youth sports experience with a coach who inspires them to become the best version of themselves in the game and in life.

CONGRATULATIONS to our 2024 National Winners of the Positive Coaching Alliance Coach of the Year Award presented by TeamSnap!

This outstanding group of coaches made an impact on us with the positive impact they are making on their athletes, teams, and communities.

Each winner will receive $500 for their school or program, recognition on PCA’s website and social channels, TeamSnap swag, and will be in consideration to be named our COACH OF THE YEAR! Please keep an eye out on our social channels for daily content on each coach’s impact beginning on Monday, January 22nd.

The Coach of the Year will be selected in the coming weeks and will win $5,000 for their school or program. They will also win an all-expense paid trip with a guest to San Francisco, CA to be featured at our Game Changer Awards & Benefit with a video highlighting their positive impact on the youth they coach.

Coaches, thank you for all that you do to change the culture of youth sports so that every child, regardless of social or economic circumstance, has access to a positive youth sports experience.​
