Randy Nathan (aka Coach Randy) has dedicated his life to empowering educators, coaches, students, and organizations. His mission is to inspire and motivate, helping each individual achieve their full potential, not just in the classroom or boardroom but in life. He is an adjunct professor at the Rutgers University School of Social Work, a softball umpire, and a former mental training coach for the Rutgers-Newark baseball team. As a Certified Trainer of the Positive Coaching Alliance, he embodies the essence of being a catalyst for positive change. With a vision deeply rooted in fostering character, resilience, and teamwork, Randy has touched the lives of countless individuals, inspiring them to reach new heights of excellence.
