Peter Martin

Peter Martin brings a unique blend of athletic experience and executive leadership to quarterback development. QB1 Max is dedicated to equipping athletes with the tools they need to excel at the quarterback position—focusing on fundamentals, leadership, QB IQ, and injury prevention. As an all-state quarterback at Rapid City Stevens High School, Martin earned prestigious honors including Gatorade Football Player of the Year for South Dakota and High School All-American recognition. He continued his career at the University of South Dakota, where he was a two-year starter and team captain.

After college, Coach Martin translated his quarterback mindset into a successful 25-year career in business, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President at a Fortune 10 company. He holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota and is a CPA (inactive). Through QB1 Max, Martin is committed to helping quarterbacks reach their full potential—not just as players, but as leaders in life.
